No issues so far I’ve had this for about a month or two and it’s still in great shape. The cats love it and it’s held up surprisingly well for the price. It is a bit wobbly so we found its best to place it in a corner where it’s up against two walls or secure it to one wall using cheap L brackets from the hardware store. Not a dealbreaker for the price.

I purchased this FurHaven"Double Decker Playground" model cat tower for our four cats. It was to replace a slightly larger cat tower that had become decrepit because it was loved so much and used daily. We paid about $100 for the old one, so I believe the FurHaven is competitively priced. It comes in a marked box, so everyone will know what you are receiving. The instructions are easy to understand, step by step, with clearly marked parts. It was easy to put together and took me about 35 minutes unboxing to done. The only problem I had during installation was the last step where you have to attach the diagonal step by screwing in a bolt at the bottom directly below the diagonal piece where there is very little room to maneuver. It took a few minutes of fumbling to get the bolt in the hole at the proper angle and get it screwed in. This is just an example of the most difficult obstacle in assembly, and it wasn't a big deal, so I don't think you will have any trouble assembling it with one or two people (I assembled it solo.)Once put together, it was immediately attractive to my cats. They love the scratching posts, which I love that the sisal wrap goes all the way from the top to the bottom of the posts, instead of being only partially wrapped like they are in cheaper towers. There are multiple boxes to sleep in and toys to play with. Note that the one hanging ball in the middle has a metal bell in it. I've included some pictures of my cat enjoying the boxes. She's a normal-sized adult cat and she's pretty snug, but they like enclosed spaces so it works well for them. What doesn't work well for me, and the reason I deducted one star from my review, is the ball box at the top. The tower comes with some plastic balls that go into the cardboard box at the top via the holes all over. My cats were very interested in playing with the balls I put in the box but within the span of literally 10 seconds they had thrown the balls out of the tower and onto the hard floor which caused the balls to shatter. The holes in the box are larger than the balls, so they're easy to knock out. The hole at the top should be large enough to put the balls in, and the holes around the sides should be big enough for paws to go in but not get the balls out. Also, two of the balls I put in were so fragile that they broke upon hitting the floor the first few times.Overall, I and my cats are very pleased with the purchase of this FurHaven Double Decker Playground and although it isn't perfect, I would highly recommend it for anyone with a cat and space for it. 4/5 stars.If you found this review helpful, please show some love by clicking the "Yes" button below. The media could not be loaded.  Much smaller than I anticipated. We will make do. Arrived today and I had it assembled in 5 minutes! Kitty loves it and hasn’t left it, exploring all her options! I highly recommend! (I originally put hammock on backwards, had to turn it around so ball fell in other side. So much for not reading instructions! :)

Easy to put together. Lots of area to scratch. Cats love the silly ball on the spring. I picked the one that looks like stairs going up because I have a cat wall that only had one way up & down. Now my older cat can use this thing to get up to those shelves on the wall too. Oh, and the box on the bottom with the holes is a great place to tuck their favorite toys. Great product and a reasonable price!

I bought this cat tree for my growing kitten, as he loves to climb on things I'd rather he didn't. I liked the design layout, the height, and the built in toys and "busybox".However, from the moment I began taking it out of the box, I was impressed by the solid quality of the thing. Your cat is unlikely to ever tip this over, it's that well balanced. And my little bruiser loves it! Especially the busybox, it's so cute just watching him at it! What a great, thoughtful addition that was.I'm very pleased with this purchase, and so is my furbaby. And his happiness is mine :)

Quality and stability is lacking in this product. Although it went together easily, it doesn’t stay tightened. I’m constantly turning to keep it tightened. The matting is very thin as well. I will keep it because it would be too difficult to return.

Mi gata aunque no es muy pesada, es muy larga, los postes para rasguñar le quedan chicos, y este la tiene loca.El material es bueno, aunque las tablas y cajas son de aglomerado, los postes son de plástico, por lo que son resistentes; el armado fue sumamente fácil, me tomo como 40 minutos armarla y de verdad que fue muy simple, las piezas vienen marcadas y aunque pareciera difícil al principio porque solo es una imagen, cuenta con un vídeo en la página que hace que el armado sea sumamente sencillo, se siente resistente, no se tambalea, y esta de buena altura.Creo que la mayor duda de todos siempre es si le gustara al gato, pues a la mía le encantó, me temía que le gustara mas la caja que el contenido pero no fue así esta sumamente contenta. E un producto altamente recomendable, además, me llego una semana antes! y eso que viene de USA.

I bought this cat tree as an upgrade from a smaller one for my 14.5 pound cat, which he had outgrown. When I buy things from Amazon, I always read the negative reviews first and if they don't put me off, I move to the positive. I have to say I think the negative reviews for this cat tree have unreasonable expectations. I think this cat tree is amazing, and as you can see in the photos, so does my cat - and that's what matters. I would point out that the pictures online indicate a bright true blue, and I would argue it's more of a soft slate blue. Luckily, I find that I prefer this colour, though it's something to keep in mind.I don't know if it would be suitable for multiple cat homes? But I suspect two cats would share this cat tree just fine. Especially if one was smaller in size.Pros:Fun toys that are durable: My cat plays with the various different toys (which include a twine rope, a mouse hanging from the one house, one hanging bauble and one spring coiled bauble, and what they call a "Cat IQ Busy box" that has two balls inside). While some reviews said the mouse came loose immediately, my cat has played aggressively with it and it is still here, so far so good - but we haven't had the tree for very long.Lots of different levels: He loves everything from top to bottom.Lots of twine: part of why he loves the different levels is that there is a twine pole on every level and he loves scratching this. One negative review said that it wasn't made of the normal carpeting that they could scratch? While the main unit is a soft plush carpet, this is exactly as it was with my previous cat tree. However, the twine poles are more than sufficient to happily scratch away at.Good size: It is true that the top two levels are small, but as you can see, my 14.5 pound cat can comfortably sit and even lay down on those levels. I doubt he'd sleep there, but he fits nicely into the larger compartment down below, for this purpose. The middle level compartment is more for play and hiding than anything else. He is not cautious or wavering in his use of the top two posts.Pro and Con:I would say that this cat tree is actually quite sturdy, as cat trees go. The assembly used a good number of large bolts to adhere everything together. However, I think the nature of cat trees is that there is a tiny bit of wobble to them. It's nothing unstable! But there's a bit of movement when he goes up and down. I will point out that he doesn't seem to care at all. This might be more important to multi-cat households. However, the base was surprisingly hefty, so I do not worry about a topple over.Con:The one clear negative that I would give about this cat tree is that the instructions were a bit of a mess. They weren't always correct (diagram indicated correct screw to use, but written instructions indicated incorrect screw) and sometimes they weren't in order (the middle compartment should be placed to attach to the middle level using the same screw that attaches the middle level to the centre post below it, it should not be placed after the middle level has already been secured to that post). Sometimes, I would argue, they didn't suggest the best option for assembly (the little ladder has fairly malleable, though sturdy, attachments, that I connected to the tree from the underside of the middle platform, rather than according to the instructions, which said I should join them at the top of the middle platform, where it would be an eye sore and also get in my cats way). HOWEVER, frankly, it's a fairly basic construction, the visual diagram is quite helpful, and I had this thing assembled in full, including photo breaks of my cat climbing, within thirty minutes to an hour of opening the box.

Primero, el repartidor me regañó por no estar en mi casa y a fuerza lo quería dejar con un vecino y que si no aceptaba, lo iban a regresar a la CDMX... después de que me hizo enojar, le colgué y me llamó otro. Acordamos la entrega para unas horas más tarde y llegó el primero con quien había hablado, y todavía queriéndome dar una cátedra sobre responsabilidad para estar en casa y que me entregaran mis paquetes. No sé por qué no usan DHL, ESTAFETA, UPS. Y si van a seguir usando ese, de preferencia que cambien su comportamiento ante el cliente.Por lo demás es un producto excelente y la entrega fue en buen tiempo, aproximadamente dos semanas.
