I'm a beer league adult hockey goalie, 37 years old, and have been doing it for 2 years now. I used to pitch fastpitch softball and had pulled my groin a number of times then. Lo and behold, I pulled my groin about two weeks ago shortly before heading in to a tournament weekend with 9 games. Without this support wrap, I can guarantee without any hesitation that I would have utterly and thoroughly annihilated my groin. I was shocked at the support I experienced, and I am SO glad that I actually came out of the tournament better than how I entered. I cannot recommend this product enough!! I also feared that, as a woman, the sizing was going to be too big/ill-fitting/not supportive, but I was thankfully very wrong. Highly, HIGHLY recommend this product.

Soo glad I ordered this groin support! I am 85 and tripped the other day and fell. it turned out that my groin was pretty sore and that leg would not support weight. I tried a temporary tight piece of sock on my thigh and it helped quite a bit. Based on that I chose this groin support. It works great--no pain on walking and this will allow the injury to heal. It already feels way better after 2 days of wearing it. I tried to put it on according to the directions--it was not easy. I decided to do the thigh part first guessing at my thigh size and put that on first. I then made the straps tighter and then put the waist strap on. Much easier. When I take it off at night I don't undo the thigh straps, I just push it down intact so I can slide it on again the next day. I have thin thighs and these supports are one size fits all so there is overlap in the material to adjust a bit. Very happy with the product!

this product was for my daughter. She’s an All-Star cheerleader and she tore her leg but this really helped to braces so it wouldn’t hurt. I really recommend this. It just kinda feels uncomfortable at times but it does work to support.

I bought 2 about 5 months ago. They helped relieve the pain from my pulled groin muscle immediately. However within 1 month the velcro on the waist and thigh bands started to fail. Within another month they were useless - kept coming off - the velcro is poor quality. Googled troubleshooting this problem and used some home remedies that involved removing things that tend to get picked up by velcro (hair, lint, ste.) Got the velcro clean as possible but they still did not hold. Refusing to pay another 40 bucks I resorted to using straight pins to affix the velcro to its corresponding band to it is an effective wrap. At first that was just a royal pain. Now I am so tired of doing it that I am considering getting replacements. I have knee problems and use knee wraps that use velcro to affix one side of the band to the other. I have had and used these regularly for about 3 years yet and they work fine, no velcro problems and appear to have plenty of life left. This would be a good product if the velcro were better quality, which is maddening - didn't the manufacturrer or seller test this? How much more would it have cost to have provided velcro that works?

Oh my gosh....a thigh support that I don't have to yank up every five steps....I love this thing. I do a daily 4 1/2 mile walk, fast...and this doesn't budge.I seem to get mild thigh/groin tweaks from time to time...overzealous exercising or kicking a soccer ball for my one dog. Thigh supports I had previously were annoying at best...but necessary.This support is easy to put on and it stays exactly where it's supposed to....providing warmth to the area and an adjustable amount of support.I'm a 5' 4" woman, size 6 - 8, and I'm probably at the mid-point of sizing for this thing...with plenty of room for cinching or expansion depending on your needs.Did I mention that this stays in place???UPDATE: 4 years older and now a size 10...heaviest below the waist. I'm still using my original support (did buy a back-up but haven't needed to use that one yet). I have to reposition the one leg Velcro sometimes because the surface fabric is getting fuzzy, but it still holds. This was one worthwhile investment. It's been used for hamstring, groin, sacral joint, sacrum, and hip issues...over clothes (usually jeans). Fast walking, slow walking, you can sit comfortably in it. Really good product.

Reviews need context so here is some for future readers. I am a 55 year-old who is 30 pounds overweight, but in very good cardiovascular shape. I've been a runner for much of my life and recently got after it again. Unfortunately, I strained a groin and could barely make it through a workout. I don't jog/run fast; I max out at about 6.5 mph on the treadmill these days, but when I strained my groin, I couldn't go 5 mph without significant pain. Soooo, I bought this neoprene wrap hoping for a little relief.Well, I just finished off a 6 mile workout (maxed out at 5.7 mph because I was scared to go faster) and never felt an ounce of pain. This thing is ridiculous. I can't promise you the same results in whatever you are doing, but if you are looking for something that just might work a little magic, give this a try. I thought I was looking at weeks of biking and working out on the elliptical, both of which I despise. I'll be back on the treadmill tomorrow with more confidence.For the record, I buy just about everything on Amazon. I can't remember the last time I loved something this much to write an extended review.

This is just what I needed. Fits perfect. Ability to adjust. Gives support right where I need it. Great material. Would buy again.
