This company needs a U.S. phone number. I am 65 and do not send photos with smart phone. My friend bought from Lectric bike and has called them twice and was very happy. It's my fault for not checking on how issues are handled. This will not happen again. If I tighten the seat bolt any tighter it will break, and the seat tilts forwards and back when I sit on it. I am 5' 9" and if I adjust the seat to a comfortable height, the seat post hangs out the bottom. The post I can cut but the seat needs to be replaced. UPDATE: Do not buy this bike, It is dangerous and the seller will not take this back or refund. They even asked me to sell it to someone else and get a partial refund. Do not believe this sellers claims. Look at the pictures from the first review. Do not let a loved one get hurt. I have asked Amazon for help, so far it is not looking good. I am retired and paid over 900.00 for an unsafe product. Someone needs to check the safety of these cheaply made imported items. UPDATE#2, DO NOT expect help from Amazon. They basically told me I am SCREWED. I pray no one else gets caught up in this mess. PLEASE DO NOT BUY THIS BIKE. Keep you and your family safe. I hope Mr. Bezos puts my money to good use, he seems to need it more than a guy on Social Security. UPDATE#3 I have been told by the seller they will partially refund me if I change this review to the best possible. If you want to buy this bike, please keep this in mind. I pray no one else has to go thru what I have. My best friend bought a Lectric bike and loves it. UPDATE: Amazon A to Z added insult by giving me a GOODWILL refund of $0.01, yes 1 cent. Update#4 it has been months now and dozens of calls, still no refund. Either the seller or Amazon is lying to me. Do not get caught in this rigged system were only the BIG Businesses' profit. I sold it for parts. This bike is JUNK.

The media could not be loaded. I like that the bike it’s well designed. I hope it can last… no much to say because I just get the bike, but , the sitting tube must be taken into consideration because it slide down little by little causing accident. I had to cut it, drill it and put a lack to prevent moving side ways.

This bike has never worked. Customer service is a nightmare. What a huge loss of money.
