Got only 10 packets. Loose. Not even sealed properly.
Got 10 packets loose instead of 12 in a sealed box. Last time four packets were missing. This time two. The other never comes correctly. What's the problem??

Ok
My dog ate it twice and then stopped eating it. It's ok but not good amount of gravy.has it rarely directly from pouch. Does not eat at all when mixed with dry food. Will update if he starts liking the product as much as pedigree which he wants daily
