Refund issue
I bought this product from Amazon but this product was defective and returned to Amazon within next 5 days but today even after 8 months no refund has been received very bad service

Bed sores
Writing this review after usage of two patients. Used for 1 month continuosly, extremely useful for patients who started to stay at bed. We kept on 24 hrs for 1month. Good and patient sleeps well compared to normal bed. But bed sores may occur even after using it if pateint stays in a single position. Better keep checking for any small bruises and all. Apply oilment using "touch me not plant" which is a natural remedy for drying up bed sores. I would recommend this product if you are thinking of buying.
