I AM IN LOVE WITH TOMBOW DUAL BRUSH PENS!!!!!!! Tombow brush pens are truly amazing. I love it how they have two tips, the brush tip is perfect for brush lettering and is super durable, whereas the smaller tip makes nice small lines and it is also very durable. These pens are overall just amazing. The ink flows out nicely, the colors are vibrant and there are so many color options. These may be more expensive than some other options, but they are definitely the best. I would definitely recommend these to anyone who enjoys brush lettering or even just wants to try it out, they are easy to get the hang of and the result is beautiful!

So I am a calligraphy novice and have recently been obsessed with the look brush pens give off. I have bought several pens and markers, including a Primacolor brush marker in black (which I don't recommend). The Tombow dual brush is incredible. First off, the dual tips help switch from thick to thin quickly; the thinner tip tends to go through the paper a little bit only depending on how hard you press and what sort of paper you are using. I have not seen the ink spread very much, again, this depends on paper weight. I have been using the pen everyday for the last week and I have yet to see any splitting in the brush (and I have been practicing for hours). Overall, I really like this brush. I have had it for about two weeks, and I have zero complaints. It's lightweight and thin, so I bring it with me everywhere, and will be using it to address my wedding invitation envelopes!

I got this after seeing someone use it on a rockpainting video for outlining. It is easier to work with and can be used for different results depending on the angle and pressure you use it. I want more of these in different colors.

This honestly is an amazing brush pen, I highly recommend it to people. People say they’re perfect for beginners, but I believe they are a bit hard to control when you first use it. Now that’s my opinion since when I first used it, my hand started moving on its own and I couldn’t control it well. But after having it for some time now, I can easily control it, it just took some time. Mine came a little messed up on the tip, but you can still use it !

I love the Tombow Dual Brush Pens! However, it took me about a month of practicing brush calligraphy to really come around and appreciate this pen. A lot of bloggers who do online tutorials on brush lettering mention the Tombow as their favorite brush pen, but I never understood why. To me, it was really difficult to get a thin hairline with such a bold brush. However, after practicing for a few weeks with the Sakura Koi, I became more comfortable with a thicker brush and then I "graduated up" to the Tombow. You can achieve great drama with this brush pen and I love the color range, as well as the options to blend colors together for an ombre look.

The pen arrived on-time, and it was not in its own wrapping when I took it out of the package, which I thought to be strange. I ordered the black colored pen, and it is amazing since I am using it for my bullet journal and lettering. The ink flow is consistent, and I enjoy that the pen gives you the option to alternate between a soft tip for lettering and a hard tip for more consistency. I did, however, expect the ink to be darker when it comes out, but it takes several layers to get something completely filled in dark. This is definitely an inexpensive option for those seeking to develop their lettering skills and have a quality pen in their arsenal!

I had seen lots of people using this pen on Instagram, and as a graphic designer who needed to improve their hand-lettering, I thought this would be a fun pen to try. It arrived quickly, but it was packaged with another item in a box that doesn't seal up completely. I'm honestly surprised the pen didn't fall out during the shipping process... As for the pen, it works really nicely and is a lot of fun to use! The brush tip wears a little easily, but otherwise is a great pen! Love drawing and writing with it!

I have tried many brush pens like add, doms and even pentel also. But no one is as good as this tombow. Go for it if you are calligraphy enthusiast. Other product's brush tip are so smooth that you can't have a good stroke as you want. But for tombow, you have the complete control over your stroke.
