These came vacuum sealed. They were super flat. Luckily I read on the tag that they needed to be washed first. This fluffed them up a bit but made them lumpy.

I returned this product because it came vacuum sealed and never felt like it inflated. It’s stayed flat and didn’t fluffy up.
