Doesn’t really work for us
I really loved the concept of this device and heard lots of good feedback, but it just doesn’t work for us. Had the manual nosefrida before and they worked really well, but after my cat destroyed it I wanted to try this one. I’m not sure if I just don’t know how to use it or my baby’s nose is weird - no matter what I try it only sucks little stuff out. I’ve been trying for a few months now but I get better results with a tissue honestly

Terrible design flaws
Every time I use this machine: The mucus enters the opening from which the air suction emits, into the machine chamber and then sputters out from the back, where the fan opening is. It is so disgusting and it seems to me a completely avoidable design flow!

Money down the drain
Simply doesn’t work at all. It’s useless

Works but breaks easily
I have used and broken two electric nose Fridas in the past two months. You have to replace the little hole in the blue piece at the “4 o’clock” position in order for fewer boogers to get sucked down near the motor. Even doing this sometimes boogers get into the motor and eventually the machine dies. Plus: cleaning is very easy, but you have to clean very frequently because the chamber fills quickly.

Less work
So much less work than the non-electric frida nasal suck. Nice storage container. Feature with rotating lights to distract baby. Finally bought to use on my 16 month old and 3 year old

It works
This does a pretty good job at clearing an infants nose, the suction isn’t as good as I hoped, and our charge doesn’t seem to last very long. It works better for the older kids.

Great for newborns with congestion but core product design flaws
I’ve now purchased this twice (because of a core product design failure I’ll detail below), but only because I can’t stand using the normal “old fashioned” nose frida. Our older child brought home a cold from daycare when our smallest was just 3 weeks old. We previously would simply use the suction bulb you get from the hospital on our oldest when he couldn’t blow his nose well enough. We needed something better than just the suction bulb this time around. The electric version of the Nose Frida, when working, is much more effective than the traditional one. The vacuuming power of this does a great job at getting out all the congestion way up in a baby’s nose that the manual versions just can’t get and it’s faster and easier for parents to use. I agree with other reviewers for best results you need to momentarily close the nostril not being suctioned to create an effective “vacuum seal” and force any mucus to come out. If you have an infant with congestion, I 100% recommend buying this one to help your little one breathe more clearly quickly. The core design flaw is that mucus gets sucked into the motor no matter what you do. On the first use with both of the electric Nose Fridas I’ve had, when cleaning them after use, all of the mucus was in the lowest part of the machine where there is an entry into the motor area (not the holding area it’s supposed to go into) and you need to be really careful cleaning that to not get more water into the motor. Thus, this really only lasts a couple months before the motor starts spilling liquid and not working as well. They need to figure this out as the product would be an absolute 5 stars without this flaw.

Traffic jam?
It's like something out of a sci-fi movie, but for baby boogers! With the push of a button, it goes on a mission to clear out those stubborn boogers and snot faster than you can say "gesundheit."For those wiggly little ones, they've even thrown in a distraction light. It's like, "Hey, kiddo, look at the shiny thing while I de-snotify you!" It's almost like a baby rave, but with nasal aspirations. The soft silicone Nope tips are gentle on the baby's precious little nose. They say "nope" to discomfort and "yes" to snot removal. Plus, with three different levels of suction power, it's like having a snot vacuum with customizable settings. Who knew snot could be so high-tech?Now, I have to admit, it didn't clear ALL the congestion, but it's like going from a traffic jam to a smooth-sailing highway during rush hour. It makes a major difference, and your baby will thank you for their newfound nasal freedom.
