I bought this product many times. The quality of the product is always fresh. I mix shikkakai powder, soap nut powder, and henna powder in hot water. Leave it for 10 minutes and use it for my hair. I buy this company soap nut powder. Worth the price.

Wow! I am very impressed. My hair is very curly, and it's not easy to tame. I started using this powder instead of regular shampoo and conditioner, and at first, it feels weird, because it does not make bubbles, and it feels like a rough muddy water, more exofiliating than anything. I added essential oils to my mi , Rosemary, tea tree and Lavender. I rinsed it off well, and used a working serum or a little bit of Amla oil applied to my damp hair and detailed it, blow dry it, then flat iron it....the results are amazing! Super soft, clean hair, shiny, smooth, even without use of conditioner at all. Just the serum or the little bit of Amla oil is enoug. It takes awhile to get used to it. But it does work.

Because I wash my hair daily (it is a fine texture) and color-treated, I searched the internet for no-poo recipes, including those using Ayurvedic herbs. My recipe includes these powders: Shikakai, bringraj (sp?), the “neutral henna,” soap nuts, … any of the Ayurvedic herbs that are beneficial to hair. I mix them together and put about 1/2 to 1 teaspoon to soak overnight or all day in about a half cup of distilled water, then use it as a “no-poo” for my hair in the morning. It is a very gentle way to wash my hair. Everyone’s hair is different so it takes experimentation to find what works the best.

To say that I am the testimony of a person who at first did not believe in this at all, I could not believe that only with plant powder you could clean your hair, much less that it could look so good. I have been using these products for more than six months and I have seen a surprising change in my hair, it falls out much less, it shines a lot, after rinsing it is extremely soft, and all this was really unexpected for me because as I I said before I did not believe that a powder could clean your hair, much less leave it that way. I was hesitant to buy this but, (OMG!) this stuff WORKS!!! I found a recipe to make your hair grow and this was one of the ingredients and I just cannot say enough about how this does what it claims!!! Very, very pleased!!!
