Ensue Portable Electric Tumble Dryer, Compact Stainless Steel

I got this for my parents the other day. When they got it, they turned it on and within a minute it died. It would not even dry underwear or socks. When i filed to return it, they asked me one hundred and one questions. It does not even work at its slightest. I will be returning it in the next couple days. It was a waste of money and time. Do not buy this product.

Horrible product. Does not even get slightly warm. Took over 2 hours to dry 3 light weight medium ladies shirts. Looked like it had been returned previously. Will be sending back ASAP

It didn't work and started burning up the moment that I plugged it in. Returned it for a full refund, not a replacement.

I have owned one of these things for about 6 months. It did dry the clothes at first, but when I tried to get the lint screen grid off, I couldn't. I asked several people to try it, and they couldn't remove it either. So I forced it off, and naturally it cracked. I cleaned the included filter and tried to force it back on with the lint screen material behind it (as it is supposed to be). It would seem to fit then come off while the clothes were inside. I now run the machine WITHOUT the lint screen grid and filter.Looking at the structre of this horrible lint screen, one can see why it wouldn't come off. There are no slots for the screen's grid!!! So the factory would have to have forced it into place to begin with.DON'T BUY THIS THING!!! Unless you want the machine to fall on you or your hands while removing the lint screen!

bought this product from another website. When I received mine, the unit was in bits with the drum hanging off. Firstly the product it very poorly made. It looked like it had been returned before. When I switched it on, the drum and the motor housing had come loose, and broken off the mounts. The product is very cheaply made, the tension which holds the belt is just a spring, and when you put clothes in the dryer it does not get enough tension, and the belt slips. The is a design fault. The drum will spin when empty but as soon as a load is applied it slips and does not turn. posing a fire risk, as the heater is in the front and the clothes will sit next to it not tumbling. If you buy this product thinking you will be the lucky one, you will be mistaken as the quality and design are poor, and could lead to loss of life and property. Avoid this machine at all costs and pay a hundred dollars more, get a brand with positive reviews.

We bought this for use in our rv, in hopes that it would allow us to avoid going to the laundromat for about 9 months. Within a week, it started to make a squeaking noise. I took off the back panel and saw that there is a tension pulley for the drive belt that was tweaked causing the belt to rub. I had to mickey moused it to get it to be quiet again. It did it again and I bent it back and secured it. It never did dry quickly, even tank tops and tee shirts. We have noticed that the clothes don't tumble. They just stick to the side and spin. I googled how to get them to actually tumble, but can't find anything about it. It was inexpensive and light, easy to move around, but unfortunately, it just doesn't dry the clothes well.

It barely heats, I have to let my clothes hang up to half way air dry then place them in the dryer. I only put my socks and sports bras in. It still takes an hour to dry. A waste of electricty and space.I've submitted for a return and in the mean time it'll be just sitting in the corner.It's quicker and cost less for me to just hang my clothes in my rv. Since the dryer doesn't work I've started doing laundry at night, my clothes can dry while I'm sleeping and don't have to worry about company being over.I didn't pay $400 for mine though, paid $175 on amazon.

I bought this on another website. It is a horrible product, it did not work - the drum didn't tumble but it did heat up when plugged in and the heat stayed on when turned off as well - it smelled like burning plastic. It is all plastic, so don't expect metal.
