These diaper covers work very well and the price can't be beat. The slim style runs very small so I would buy one size larger than usual*. They seem quite durable as I've tossed them in the wash about 10 times so far and they've held up great, no loose stitching or stretched out elastic. A solid buy.* (edit) I bought the next larger size as the medium slim style was slightly too tight with an overnight brief and a booster pad. The jump in size from medium to large slim style is enormous so keep that in mind.(edit II -the sequel) A year later with every night use and my original pair are still in great shape. These are the bargain of the century.

These are used for someone who had a total colectomy and has a jpouch. This means digestion without the large intestines. This results in less liquid absorption, and liquid very runny poos. These cloth diapers are a god send. It gives security when going out in public or swimming. These are worn over adult diapers. Sizing seems accurate. Quality is good. No complaints at all. They are comfortable and do not make a plastic sound. They wash easily, in washer machine or by hand. The black color does not run in the washer even when run on warm cycle. They air dry quickly. Have purchased at least four of these over the past few year. Just adding to use. The oldest pair does not show evidence or wear. We will continue to purchase these, and recommend them to all.

UPDATED. Read the whole review.I followed the suggested measuring and optimistically ordered one diaper cover. The size didn't fully cover my diaper (too short in the back/up the waist). I am on a mission to get it right, as this material appears to be the best for what I am looking for in a diaper cover. I wish the rise of the brief were about 3 inches taller to better fit over my diaper.Update: So, after reading more about the company and finding this "lengthened" diaper covers in the same size (3XL), I ordered two of the lengthened diaper covers in the smae size. They just arrived and they are completely unacceptable... too large -- even though both times I've ordered the same size. I've attached a photo of my first purchase on top of the second purchase. You can see the opening size difference in the leg for what is supposed to be the same size garment- except that the second one was "lengthened". No, it wasn't. The leg and waist openings were simply enlarged but not lengthened in the rise. Unacceptable product sizing - which is the core of the need for garment to prevent or mitigate leaking. This is sad because the garment material is ideal. AQX (manufacturer) - You had the promise of a great thing and blew it.

Not waterproof but fits snugly so incontinence underwear and pads ahold in place.

It does its job, just not well. It will catch my leaks *sometimes* if I'm biking, and will help keep my leggings dry *sometimes*, but its so inconsistent I've just stopped bothering to even wear it over my diaper. Its easier to just be more careful about changes. The most important thing for me when choosing incontinence products is if I can trust them - I want to feel safe and comfortable and not have to worry constantly if I'm leaking or not. I do not trust this product. While the size is correct, I still leak out through the leg, which is what I bought this product to stop in the first place. It really needs leg gathers or something as a diaper would.So why give it 3 stars? Well, I think for some who might be wearing pads or pull-ups or not full on diapers this would work well. If you're not having full voids this would still probably keep you dry from a small accident or leak or just from sitting down. I also appreciate how quiet it is and even helps muffle my diaper sounds. So while it does work, it does not work well, and it just isn't the right product for me and I do not feel I got my money's worth at all.

Wonderful, discreet cover that reduces noise from large-absorbency incontinence products.

The material allows moisture to go through. We used over a diaper for our son w/special needs, hoping it would catch excess overnight but it soaks through. Runs a bit big too, with leakage at leg openings. Machine wash, but can't put in dryer, must air dry due to material. Very expensive & mostly useless for our needs, and non-returnable :-(

I originally ordered a "lengthened". pair, not realizing they were for larger people, not just lengthened pants. The 4x was giant so I plan to sew new side seams and hope they will fit better. I immediately ordered a 3x "slim" which was delivered today. It is a perfect fit so I immediately ordered two more pairs. The size chart is confusing.

They were a good fit and comfortable. No leakage. Will now buy a second pair. Value for money. Very satisfied with this product.
