Uplift Desk Warranty Is Fake!
Uplift Desk Warranty Not Very Uplifting I purchased a curve-edge bamboo desktop on March 29, 2022, and installed it a month later. By mid-June, the curved edge showed signs of splitting in several places so I contacted Uplift customer service, Kayla Cunningham, on June 27 and sent pics of the defects. I am now told I should have reported it in April but it didn't happen until June. Uplift is only offering a discounted price on a new desktop. Uplift website states, "We're dedicated to designing and manufacturing high quality, durable, and functional products, all backed by a 15 Year Warranty. We have the least warranty exceptions in the industry." This is FALSE ADVERTISING & HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Desk works great, but be wary of bamboo desktops "staining"
I've had this desk with the bamboo desktop for about 1.5 years. It has been great, at least functionally for that time (although I did have to reset controller once, after desk wouldn't move up or down). It's great to be able to stand or sit, and the mechanism works well. I like the presets the keypad enables, so I have a preset for sitting height and one for standing height, plus one can adjust the height manually as needed. However, a few months ago, I started getting what the vendor calls "wear and tear" staining of the desktop, around where my right arm tends to rest or move (for mousing). There's no staining where my left arm rests. By the way, "wear and tear" is not covered by their warranty, which seems decent otherwise. I've tried to clean the desktop with soap and water, but that does nothing. If it is staining, and if you do like these desks, I suggest NOT going with the bamboo desktops (and perhaps not the wood ones either), as the finish isn't as durable as it should be; I suggest getting a "laminate" type desktop, as that material is most likely more durable (although not as attractive, IMO).
