LIMITED "Lifetime" warranty - means NO WARRANTY
Bought the T2 Scuba ToolPack through Innovative Scuba Concepts ("expect more" is their tag line...).I bought it directly on Amazon.com.mx - through the Amazon Export Store.The 1/2" wrench blade broke on the third use. I noticed that the package said Lifetime Warranty, so I contacted ISC for a replacement "blade." Their response could not have been any LESS that I would expect: "We only sell through scuba shops. Take it back to them. We cannot help you." I explained where I bought it and what the situation was... they said it did not matter. They WOULD NOT support their product. I WILL NEVER buy from ISC again and will recommend to all of my contacts to do the same. This is worse than NOT having a warranty. Making a claim and not standing by it borders on fraudulent. A good company supports their warranty - period. No support = no purchase.
