Item received as promised with the pump included. I am using it now and so far so good. Very good quality. I am on the computer for over 12 hours a day and I also have had low back pain. The disc 'encourages' me to sit up straight which will hopefully improve my posture. It arrived inflated to about two inches and I added air for comfort. So far no leaks and all is well. Very smart purchase

arrived deflated, tip of pump broke with first try inflating, which is great because after i borrowed one from a friend i realized it doesn't hold air for even 24 hours anyway. plan to send it back, but will probably cost me more than its worth. should have just purchased one i know is reliable from the chiropractor or www.nefitco.com.

This seems firmer than the gym's product. Perhaps they will stretch over time? The inflation pump is easy to use. The air stays in. A great addition to my home workout.

ساعدني عند اداء بعض التمارين البسيطة بالبيت او المكتب في تقوية اسفل الضهر وتخفيف الالم الناتج عن الجلوس كثيرا.. طبيعة عملي اجلس كثير ولذا احيانا كثيرة اسفل الظهر يبدا يؤلم .. تمارين الاطالة تساعد كثير والان مع وجود هذا سواء اداء تمارين بالبيت بسكل موسع او تمارين خفيفة بالمكتب او حتى الجلوس عليه وقت العمل يعمل على تحريك العضلات اسفل الظهر فيمنع او يخفف الالم ..
