Works!!!
Works as advertised. Fits my 5 quart Kitchen Aid dough hook, keeps the dough from rolling over the top of the hook while kneading and fits in the pocket of my Kitchen Aid cover. I recommend this product if you make a lot of bread and rolls.

Does the job it was intended to do.
It really works. Keeps my sourdough from creeping up over the top of the hook plate. I’d recommend this device for anyone that makes a stiff dough.

Quality product
Fit my Kitchenaid mixer beautifully and worked well. I did buy a shield which also helped from the dough riding up the hook.

Pro and con
Great delivery! Seems like sturdy but if I criticized I would say the piece for splatter is not quits big enough. Nonetheless I look forward to holiday baking!

Works Great
I used this on my dough hook this week for making pizza dough. It really worked great for keeping the dough down off the upper portion of the hook. For the price it works good, it's easy to clean and appears to be really durable. I would definitely recommend it.

Good effective product.
It does prevent the dough from going up over the dough hook but it also hits the flour spout that I bought to assist in adding the flour to the bowl.

Plastic tabs aren’t strong enough to keep it on the dough hook, but better than nothing
I was excited to use this, because I always make too much, and my dough creeps up the dough hook. Worked at first, but the tabs that attach to the dough hook didn’t hold up, and it came off. After pulling the dough off and reattaching the shield, it did a pretty good job. I wanted to love it, and I’ll use it again, but it didn’t completely prevent the issue.
