product is pretty expensive was expecting a better result
I have noticed a difference in my knees ,slightly but not a very big one ,product is pretty expensive was expecting a better result ,I will keep using it for a bit more ,.however the chewable cubes are way better to take over the pills

Eager To Try The Chews!
Fast shipment. Packaged well. I have taken regular InstaFlex in the past so I hope the advanced chews are even better. Pleasant taste and I only have to take one a day. That is a plus!***30 Day Update***Product didn't disappoint me. It DID help ease the pain in my knees. Not a cure all, but a definately noticeable improvement. I'm ordering my second bag today.

Not worth the money in my oppinion!
This was a huge disappointment for me, I really wanted it to make me feel even alittle bit better, I spent the money even though I really didn't have it because if it worked like other reviews claimed, I had to try it.😡 Cannot afford to use this with zero result!

Instafle Chews
After 3 weeks of taking it, I'm not sure I notice a difference at all. Still need to take medication instead, and the flavor is nothing special.

May work better for some other people
Can't tell if it is helping or not. My knee may simply be beyond repair. The chewable variety is convenient and tasty.

Definitely buying again
Individual wrapping is great. Taste is good. Easy to chew and swallow. Leave a pleasant taste on ur tongue. Work every bit as good as the pill. Recommend for those who hate pills. Same great feeling all day just like with the pill. Still pain free and good mobility even after sitting several hours driving. Love this product and recommend it to all my friends with joint issues!!

Didn't notice any difference in my knee after taking this for 2 months.
