but it is easy to use and looks nice
Just got it installed two days ago, but it is easy to use and looks nice. The controls are clear and it's cooking ability is great.

Pleased with the microwave
Pleased with this microwave. It replaces a GE Profile which had more features--some of which I don't think we ever used. It does what a microwave should. Things I like, the fan is more powerful and much more effective than the Profile. Didn't think I'd like the dark interior but I actually do. And it fit perfectly in the space of the old microwave. Found this microwave at Lowes for more--and it would have been 2 weeks for delivery. Found it at Ferguson's for much more and still would have been a wait. Glad we were able to get it on amazon.The touch panel is one thing that I don't like as well. It's not exactly a touch panel. You really need to let it know you mean it when you touch the pad. But this is good when you're cleaning it. The Profile was always going into some mode when you just gently cleaned it.So far we've been happy with this microwave and I hope we will continue to be.

The first microwave came damaged. We ordered a replacement and it came damaged as well.

Great over-the-range microwave
Great microwave - works well, feels solid, good selection of controls, and the fan is more powerful than others.

There are two things I don't care for on this microwave.
It works just fine. Two things I don't care for are: 1. The interior is dark grey. I am more used to a light interior - off white or beige color. 2. The controls are a bit hard to read. The print needs to be bolder.UPDATE: Using the 1 year warrant, we had the control panel replaced. The replacement panel is a bit easier to read.
