One size fits all!
I started shaving my head and went from a DE, a twin-blade cart, & finally this. It was recommended by PaiTree to replace the head unit about every 50 shaves. When I went to look for the replacements I noticed that this style is also used by a brand that 4x the price. I purchased 2 so I think I'm good for a while.
