I know this is just a pealer and I have had 30+ of these over my life. The serrated blades really make a difference. I have used them on Mangos, Potatoes, Ginger, carrots etc. Overall this type of blade just works much better than the traditional smooth blade pealers. The first one has been through the dishwasher for one year and the blade and handle remain undamaged.

C'est mon 4ème économe Victorinox (que j'achète pour offrir), j'en ai eu pendant des années, ils sont solides, tiennent bien en main, et sont super efficace grâce à leur lame crantée qui dure très longtemps sans avoir besoin d'affutage. Ça épluche aussi bien les légumes à peau épaisse que molle.Bref à recommander les yeux fermés.

Er fühlt sich Hochwertig an, wirkt auf mich sehr stabil und die Klinge ist echt scharf!Um ein Gefühl für den Schärfegrad einer klinge zu bekommen fühlt man vorsichtig mit seinen Fingern an der Schneide und dies tat ich auch hier und ich dachte mir "WOW, da geht sicher ordentlich was weiter!" Ich hatte noch Kartoffel zuhause und probierte es gleich aus und mein Gefühl enttäuschte mich nicht. Ich hatte schon so ungefähr 6 unterschiedliche Schäler. Der Letzte war so schlecht, dass ich ihn nicht einmal dann verwenden möchte wenn ich Geld dafür bekomme. Wenn mir einer den neuen Schäler zeigt und behauptet der kostet 20€ dann glaube ich das also für ~5,50€ kann man hier nichts falsch machen!

Bonjour. Je cuisine beaucoup et je n'utilise Que ces éplucheurs très efficaces et grâce à leur couleur très agréable on les trouve vite dans les tiroirs ! Seul problème, un peu cher LM

Había perdido el mio. He comprado este (mismo modelo, misma marca, otro color). Funciona como el otro. No hay nada mejor para pelar tomates. Y no es caro.
