Very good non soy tempeh starter !
After successfully failing twice in making chickpea tempeh .... I knew I needed little bit of help and guidance in making my first tempeh ... It surely was a roller coaster ride ... I whatsapped on the number provided on the package... And they responded immediately... few tips and tricks .. and I got my first mung bean tempeh within 30-36 hours !!! I used their non soy starter ... And I will definitely try their other cultures in future !

Great personal walkthrough
Since I live in a mountainous area, it's difficult to get the proper fermentation temperature going. The seller was kind enough to patiently provide lots of tips on how to solve the issue. In the end the tempeh came out wonderfully, also thanks to the detailed how-to guide that's included in the package. Highly recommended quality product and excellent service!

Amazing Tempeh Starter
Just amazing tempeh starter that available in India with affordable price.My tempeh ready within 24 hours after put the starter. I use soya bean for make this tempeh, just like the one I usually ate from Indonesia.Good product 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Worked as promised
The culture is really good, when i contacted Posh flavors for instruction they educated me well on the process. However the temperature in my city had dropped to 25 when i soaked the beans. I refrigerated it for 2 days till the temperature hit 27 . I do not have an oven with light and was working my mind to find a solution, then i thought i would try a blanket cover and kept it under tubelight and by morning a little sun had come i moved the package under blanket to window for the warmth. Voila! it worked after abt 18 hours i could feel the heat from the package and i could see my trick worked. Very happy with the result however did not find the tempeh a substitute for meat. An alternate protein source for Vegetarians definitely.
