Tranexamic Acid 5% Serum with Niacinamide 5% for Face/Neck - Helps to Reduce the Look of Hyper-Pigmentation, Discoloration, Dark Spots, Remover Melasma, 1 Fl Oz (30ml)

I have been using this serum for 3 weeks in the morning and at night. I’ve had melasma since my last pregnancy over ten years ago and it gets worse after being in the sun and during the hot seasons. I came back from vacation and had lots of brown spots on my cheekbones despite wearing a hat. In the past I had success with a product that’s no longer available over the counter because the active ingredient has been band in the USA except by prescription (hydroquinone). I searched for a good product with a high percentage of tranexamic acid and niacinamide and this has both at 5% which is the highest I found of each. I really don’t want to pay to see a dermatologist at this point unless I have to.As you can see in the picture the serum is nice and thick enough to stay in a blob on your finger unlike another inexpensive brand’s serums that fall through your fingers like water.This serum is thick but still light. It soaks into the skin easily. I have sensitive skin and it doesn’t bother me at all. It does not pill under other creams or makeup. It’s very moisturizing. Most importantly, it’s making a big difference already after three weeks!! The skin has lightened and is looking much brighter in general. Tretinion will also help but is prescription only. Retinol is a good substitute. Hydroquinone works faster but is prescription only and expensive, it also has health risks and you shouldn’t use for more than three months as a time. My advise is to start with this serum first before deciding if you need to spend the money. It’s working for me, so happy to have found it!

Best serum to help even skintone and provide a supple moisturizer‼️ I actually have the niacinamide serum of this brand, and it is also A++‼️

I want to say that I have suffered tremendously from hyperpigmentation in the past and still do but this serum has helped with preventing hyperpigmentation. It doesn't fully stop the pigmentation from coming but it does help

I’ve definitely noticed progress with my acne scar fading. It’s really stubborn, the shade is really dark, but after using it, I’ve definitely noticed it begin to fade over the span of weeks.

Been using this 2x daily for about two months and I don't see much change in my dark spots, but it's moisturizing and did not irritate my skin at all so I will continue until I finish the bottle. For context I have fair skin with freckles and do not have sensitive skin.
