I've had these a few years when I lost my expensive ones. They've worked well. The ends are a little lower quality, but to be honest, I haven't had one fail, so I can't complain. I do recommend it, especially if on a budget.

If you have ever used these types of strippers before you know they can stick out of the box. These seem to be good to go. Much better than regular pliers type or a crappy razor. They are cheap and work. Buy them.

This was my first time trying this style of network cable crimper (I usually use the 'pliers' style), and I was pleasantly surprised. Very compact and intuitive, I felt more in control and precise using this style (the 'pliers' style ones I have been using will be relegated to backup duty from now on). The set included a set of wire cutters which were pretty generic but a good solid weight (and a good smooth operation), which is typically how I judge tools like this, a wire stripper/punch (nothing too special, but these are simple tools that you never have enough of as they are easy to lose, so into the bag it goes), a bag of RJ45 connectors and a wire tester (I haven't tried that yet). Did some test patch cables yesterday, and everything works just fine. I would definitely recommend for the price.

I recently purchased this tool and it performs exceptionally well. I was very impressed of the quality of the tool considering that the cost is so low compared to other similar tools. I would recommend buying this tool.
