Did not reach expectations not big enough
Did not expand far enough when fully extended

Pretty useless
I've only used it a dozen times and twice the ball securing each rubber tube has popped out. I am not a big muscle man so this is not really fit for purpose.

Good quality for home exercise
I use this item everyday and so far it is holding up. I have bought similar ones in the past and they have snapped long before now
