The best toothbrush ever
Other than it's impeccable environmental credentials, I really love using this toothbrush. The bristles are just right (probably medium-soft) and designed and cut into a really great shape that gets into every gap. The best bit is the shape and rounded edges of the head because it is so comfortable in my mouth, I actually really ejoy using it! You can tell it was designed by dentists. It's pricey but you can spend this much on a plastic one in a supermarket so it's competetive. Also I've had no bristles falling out which I had once on a cheap design.

Bristles feel a little fragile, watching brief
All good if bristles hold up, my first venture into eco toothbrush territory

Didn’t last a day
Don’t waste your money, this toothbrush didn’t last a day for my 10 year-old. 2nd morning some of the bristles were out already

Perfectly happy with this so far. Admittedly an expensive item, though.
I am very fussy when it comes to brushes and can't abide ones that are too big or hard bristle-wise.I found it easy to handle, nice to use.I have read concerns about longevity, I can't speak to that so far - it's probably worth keeping watch on. it is an expensive item if it doesn't last too long. What I will say is this, as a fully compostable and sustainable product this has great credentials and the company deserves great credit for bringing these products to market - I was not aware you could get entirely compostable ones! I cannot imagine it's easy to develop! With others that don't use this style of bristles, you have to cut them off to recycle the handle.Even if this doesn't work long term, hopefully, they will continue to refine and develop them because it's the direction we need to be moving on everyday commonly used items to be able to do our bit for the environment. With time then, hopefully, longevity will improve, and cheaper prices through scale will come along.I would read the other reviews that have had them a while longer and consider them. For me, so far, after some minimal use, it's definitely 5 stars from me. Going in the right direction, here.

A thing of beauty but comes at a price
I'm not a fan of bamboo toothbrushes because I don't like the taste of bamboo while cleaning my teeth, but Mr Bee is a happy user of them. This is an unusual brush because the bristles are also (eventually) biodegradable. The brush comes plastic free in a card box and I was stuck first of all by the smooth sleek lines of the handle. Apparently it's pretty comfortable to hold. The bristles are medium soft but there has already been a little shedding so longevity could be an issue. And at £6.50 (at time of writing) that's definitely a problem. If people are to take up echo friendly products, they are going to have to be as close in performance as whatever they are replacing.

A brush for teeth
Yeah again, what we have here is certainly a toothbrush, can't argue with that.I've been using this recently and do find the bristles to be a tad on the hard side but that's going to come down to personal preference.Other than that it's well sized, simple and rounded so probably good to hold for just about anyone in any way you feel comfortable.Another product looking to prey on your sudden need to do better by the environment, this may be worth your consideration if you're in the market for bamboo toothbrushes.

Bamboo bristles
A toothbrush made of wood and plants. Ideal to get your teeth clean and be eco friendly at the same time.It comes in a cardboard box which opens and closes easily. The body of the brush is made of bamboo. It's good and solid wood and has a great diameter at the base than at the top, making it easy to hold. The bristles are plant based. And pretty soft. Which is nice. They are slightly shortened in the middle to make them fit the contours of your teeth easily. So it's a good brush. And unlike most eco-friendly stuff that comes my way, it isn't wrapped in disposable plastic. So it's even better than most.
