I have tried many different things for tummy issues but nothing comes close to these. I have IBS that flares up with non fodmap foods and with stress. I took one of these first thing in the morning before a horribly stressful day and ordinarily I’d be cramping with GI issues the whole day, but that day I had no problems. Another day I took one of them after an especially non-fodmap heavy meal (garlic and refined carbs and dairy) and with half an hour my tummy was calm.All it is is concentrated peppermint extract so I don’t feel bad taking them. I keep a strip in my purse and in my nightstand and one in the kitchen at all times lol. Tummy saver!!

I was so happy when I found pudinhara on Amazon. When I was in India, I loved to take it after dinner just for the way it feels inside your stomach. Lol. It tastes so good. Price is very reasonable compared to other places too. I would recommend this.

Arrived well packed and fast. I was worried about the expiry date as few reviews mentioned, but turned out it has more than a year and half still, so works for us for that long.
