One wire is working and other one non working. After replacement both wires working for only 1 day. Again both wire is not working.

I will call the manufacturer tomorrow to see what are the options. The quality of the cable is not that great and it doesnt give you the confidence of connectivity as the cable itself is very fragile and thr rj45 connectors are too nimble. would recommend you search for a better product if you are looking for a product that gives confidence

The package had 2 patch cables, one didnt work & the other just served the purpose.
