They work great. Slide easily don’t bleed through or smudge to next page. But if you leave one out, your doggie might eat it! It’s like crack for my dog! Lol.

The one concern I had was bleeding through, but no worries.

For my first time using this sort of highlighter, I’m really impressed w the consistency of the gel. You don’t need to apply a whole lot of pressure in order to get vibrant results. However, any amount of pressure applied begins to wear away rounded tips (see photos). Not sure how long these types of highlighters usually last.Side note: I do think these gels are the best type of highlighters for highlighting anything on paper (vs using liquid type highlighters).My KJV Bible is 8.5” H x 5.5” W, so it’s not a larger size Bible but it’s perfect for keeping it in my bag or on my person when need be — that said, the pages are thin, however these highlighters do not bleed through the pages onto the other side, nor do they smear the typefont (at all). There is no need for any “drying time” either, which is great for keeping focused during worship/study time.The only thing I’ve noticed about the batch of highlighters I was sent, was that the rounded tips (see the yellow and violet ones) were scraped and carved away on one the side (see photos). Why? Manufacturing? We’re they old? Is that mold on the purple one? Not sure. I tried using them (the yellow and violet ones) and their application seems fine however the violet one is a bit less vibrant than the other colors.Is there a way to sharpen them? I purchased these just a few days ago and only after 4-5 uses, the tips do noticeably wear down rather quickly. What happens once they become flattened? I know we can screw the bottoms of the marker for more product to come up but once they loose their rounded tip, how well will they function/apply on thin small font type? Hm. I’m wondering...It would be helpful if there was included a way to maintain the tip shape or form (not a “sharpener” but something to form them back into a ‘rounded tip point’, if that makes sense). Maybe there is something like this already provided elsewhere on the market, so I’ll see how it goes w these for now — something I’m keeping in mind for in the future for now. But overall, I enjoy using gel highlighters and for now on, I will never use any other type of highlighter/colored pencil! So grateful for these.

I go through a lot of pens and highlighters at my job. While I love regular highlighters, they tend to dry out faster then they should. Like I said, I go through a lot. These highlighters are great. First off, they last WAY longer then ink highlighters, which is the main thing for me.But overall the only real complaint I have is they tend to be a little tacky feeling once first applied to any type of paper. They even work well over whiteout. I haven't noticed any of the colors bleed, run, or wipe off once first applied, which is again, a great sign. Just tend to be a little sticky before fully dried, takes like a minute tops. Once the gel is "dry" its as if you highlighted with a crayon. I freaking love it. While I'm at work doing paperwork, I feel as if I am a kid getting to spend some time coloring. It adds a little fun into my work and the vibrant colors pop so well. I can find exactly what I am looking for in the blink of eye. The pink looks nothing like the purple, which I have had problems with past highlighters. I loves these and would recommend to anyone and everyone. Even as freaking crayons for a small child.

I love, love, love them! I took a chance on these, wasn't expecting to love them so much. They glide over my textured book paper so effortlessly with no tug or tear like a traditional highlighter. It's like silk. The colors are very nice. You can easily read the text underneath the highlight. You can emphasize based on your pressure. Pressing hard for a darker highlight or press lightly for a softer highlight. I can even color in a whole paragraph like a crayon. I can underline just like a normal highlighter. It doesn't really need to be sharpened but if you rotate the side you are using to highlight you can control the tip.

The media could not be loaded.  I love these gel highlighters, they were exactly what I was looking for! They do not bleed and you can barely see the color on the other side of the paper. They are great for highlighting in my bible. The only thing I don't like is sometimes not very often the highlighters can slightly clump up light a canyon but when that happens it does not smear and if you go back over whatever you highlighted and highlight it again it goes away. These highlighters are worth the price and they were shipped so fast. I will be buying more as I highlight a lot!
