Comfortable
I love the fit, it’s comfortable. I have a 31” waist, I am 5,6” 147 lbs. I ordered a medium and the 1st day I wore it on the 1st row of clasps, the next day I used the 2nd or middle clasps. It does snatch you up and feels comfortable enough to wear for hours. It’s smooth looking under clothes, not super tight stuff though, you’d want to put a slip on or something if you don’t want some of the dents showing. It sits just under my breasts which I like because it actually pushes those up a bit. And the bottom goes right to my bikini line so it covers all the excess fat down there. The only thing that bother me is that it pushes up the upper back fat and doesn’t look flattering from the back if you want to wear it out, unless you wear a dark shirt to camouflage it. In a few days I may try clasping the third row. I’ll update my review in a few weeks after I have proof of my waist measurements decreasing. Overall I’m very happy with it. The photo is how it looks under my clothes, it gives a flat stomach look. Not sure how the lady in the photo for the product got the hour glass look, maybe I’ll need to get a small soon.

It’s perfect
It’s really good, reasonable price for a great quality wait trainer, I’ve been trying at least 5 different waist trainers for the last couple years and this one is by far the best I’ve ever tried, confortable enough but not loose, and doesn’t open easily, cause there’s nothing worse than having your waist trainer half open in the public, this one is secure enough.

It's pretty good
It's tight. But what I've realized is it's not too tight in the abdomen, it's tight to clasp. I was fooled into thinking it would only fit on my stomach on the outermost clasp but didn't feel like it was while wearing. Turns out it's just difficult to clasp haha. It takes a few minutes to get on but I can actually wear it at the innermost clasps it's just such a pain in the hands to get on. I'm a little chubby and my back fat kinda petrudes off the top of it lol that's a me issue and not a corset issue. I love that it keeps me from slouching. I have good posture while wearing.

Just what I wanted
My natural waist is about 28 inches, but I ordered the small and I'm glad that I did. I'm used to Spanx-like shapewear, but this waist trainer did take a bit of getting used to for the first day---mostly due to having to adjust the way I bend and breathe. I've found that it's actually strengthened my breathing by forcing me to consciously take deeper breaths and, consequently, my singing has improved. After about a week on the loosest setting, I noticed the trainer getting loose enough that it would shift around a bit when I moved, so I moved to the next row of hooks. Now, after a week on the second row, the trainer was getting a little loose again, so I'm on the last row, which is surprising to me. I wasn't honestly looking for serious waist reduction, but wanted the back and posture support along with the feeling of wearing a corset. If I find the trainer getting loose enough to move around too much again, I'll have to order the XS.At first, I was concerned about having a reaction to the latex, so I wore a tank top under the trainer. After a couple of days, I tried wearing it without the top and haven't worn one since. The trainer completely alleviates the pain and muscle stiffness from where my bra crosses over my spine(I used to have a lot of soreness and stiffness) and. The trainer also does a great job of supporting the bust(C cup) and my straps no longer dig into my shoulders. I have had a couple of issues with the trainer pressing my underwire into my sternum, but that's typically solved by shifting things around a bit. Another benefit I didn't expect was the relief it provided for my cramping. I typically lay on my stomach or over a pillow when my cramps are bad because I've found the pressure helps. The waist trainer provided constant pressure over my lower abdomen and really helped with my cramps. The only thing I would really change is the overall shape; I wish the waist was a bit more nipped in and the hips more flared. When the trainer was perfect on my waist, it was typically a little tight on the upper hips and a bit loose at the ribs. However, I recognize that this is a one-size fits all and I may be a bit curvier than the average woman.Major Takeaways:Comfortable, but takes a little getting used toGreat supportMay exacerbate latex allergiesWill retain your body heatEncourages you to eat smaller portions in one sitting

Not sure what you’re looking for!
Hi girlies, I’d like to input that I use to waist train in high school back in 2018 all the way up to 2021. It wasn’t always consistent but I normally wore this AFTER working out. It did do its job incorporating working out and eating healthy. I haven’t worn one since 2021 atleast from what I remember. This is just 4 days OF THE WEEK I didn’t wear it consistently as I use to. Now I’m wearing this 10 hours a day and so far this is how it looks. I’ve bought a similar brand before but it was bad due to the lack of knowledge that my one of the ‘steels’ broke so it was constantly jabbing my lower right stomach area. I DID NOT work out and I did eat what I normally ate (not the best healthy choices) but I did notice that I didn’t have a big appetite that would possibly serve 2 people. Like I said again incorporating a healthy diet and working out will get you to achieve the look you want. I’m not in a rush to receive a body I want. If anything I’d like to get my waist slimmer but 🤷🏻♀️ not there yet. I hope this brands steel doesn’t break on me. My waist line at least from what I remember was 44 in but it may have gotten bigger to about 47-50 if I were to measure again. I’d like to keep post of this so it can help you decide if you want to buy this!- can’t say much about this right now but packaging was okay. Everything seemed in good condition! For beginners possibly get one at your size of waist if not a few inches down. The purpose is to not arch your back forward (crease) at least from what I know to PREVENT ANY POSSIBLE BREAKAGE OF THE ‘STEEL’ it’s big if you can do that, you need it to actually snug your body. I’m not a professional but from previous experience I’d rather have you get the worth of your money!!I got a xl but I also got a xxl just in case I wasn’t ready for the XL. I may also post an update if it’s possible with a consistent photo of the front, back, and side!

Amazing.. 100% would buy again
In my opinion this is like those brand name quality waste trainers. I got a XXL and I am 220 pounds, 5’4.This is a strong waist trainer, not flimsy at all. I keep this on for a couple hours just to sweat around my troublesome areas and to help me reduce my bloating. I don’t particularly like wearing it in person too much because it’s so tight that it creates some rolls at the top of my back on top of the waist trainer that is visible when I wear tight clothes. But this is my own issue I could probably size up and issue resolved if I wanted this to be a spanks kind of waste trainer but that’s not why I’m using it and I wanted to feel snatched. A tip for getting it on, if you lay down on your bed to flatten your belly it is easier to get on! I believe waist trainers should have at least some of a struggle to get on, or perhaps it may be too big in my opinion. If you’re thinking about it: self-care love. I would buy it :) and when I continue losing weight I will Continue downsizing in this one.
