Our 1.5-2.5 year old loves these. They are simple cardboard boxes, open on one side. The printing is really interesting, letters numbers 1-10, shapes, etc. we’ve played for hours with these, light enough to not hurt when the tower comes down. Starting to wear a bit after a very solid year, just bought a new set for the 0.75 year old so he can get the full experience from these as well, so speaks to the fact that I think they are worth it/would buy again.

These colorful boxes are easy to stack and fun for my granddaughters to knock down. They are much sturdier than I thought they would be -- my adult son accidentally stepped on the edge of one and except for a little crease in the paper covering, there was no damage! The pictures are very clear and great learning tools for the alphabet, counting, finding objects and, of course, stacking! Very glad I didn't listen to the reviewers who complained they were cheap and would be destroyed within a day -- This was a great purchase that my grandkids will use for years!

My son absolutely loves this. He's learning to stack things and sort things out by size, shapes and colors. Perfect. Just wish it was a little more sturdier but no issues so far.**** update to my review.They are already breaking, getting weaker, peeling and separating on the corners. My son is not hard with them. Its sad that we will have to throw these away soon because they are becoming unplayable. These are one of his favorite toys.I do not reccomend

My two year old son loves these!! He loves numbers and manipulatives!! Because he is so rough on toys, I wanted something simple that had multiple uses and would hold his attention. These blocks are great for numbers, counting, fine motor and language skills. And they couldn't be more durable. They get his attention even more than his $300 bumper car. Love these!!!
