I took this D-Mannose and had great results. So I thought all D-Mannose products were the same. Don’t believe it. I purchased another because it had more capsules for the same price and I didn’t have the same results. So I am back to this product and will be a repeat customer.

As I get old I’ve determined to do the best I can. I had a radical prostatectomy 10 years ago and have included D-Manose as part of my regular supplement routine. So far, so good!

I began taking this about a week after I had finished taking a round of antibiotics for a terrible kidney Infection. After I had finished the antibiotics, I still didn't feel like the infection was completely gone, so I ordered this from Amazon. I took this a full month and actually ordered another bottle, because I thought the symptoms I was starting to have was due to a UTI. I had cloudy urine and a little bit of burn in the mornings, but then it would clear up throughout the day. I went to my Obgyn and had a culture done, and she said I didn't have an infection. A week later I went to my PCP and she did a UA and a Culture. The UA showed Leukocytes and trace of blood, so she started me on an antibiotics until the culture came back with no infection. She said I had some normal bacteria present that is normal to some degree inside and outside the urinary tract. At that point it dawned on me that the D-Mannose was attaching to the bacteria and being excreted out through the urine. I had been taking the D-Mannose at night; So, the next morning, when I would go to the restroom, it would be cloudy. Once I stopped taking the D-Mannose the cloudy urine stopped as well. SOOO, with all this being said, the product really works by removing bacteria!! Just be aware of the possible side effects from the supplement that acts like a UTI. You can tell the difference though, because the cloudy urine will decrease throughout the day and there is no foul smell present in the urine. I hope this helps!
