I cannot stress enough how glad I am that I bought this. My car key fell apart in my hand and was completely broken. I was looking at £140 replacement but someone suggested I try buying a replacement shell. It arrived really quickly and at first looked daunting to transfer the key contents but it was quite easy. The fiddly bit was getting the pin out of the key but other than that- no problems. My key is good as new and is even better than the original. I was even able to take the Citroen label out of the old one and add it on for the perfect finish.Absolutely recommend this.

The key fob was excellent, but changing the key blade over was not as easy as previous models used. I had to re-drill the hole in the key blade to align it with the holes in the fob mount. The process took less than 30 minutes but would have been even faster if the holes had lined up to fit the pin.

My old original key broke the metallic casing holding the blade, the buttons had entirely worn through as well so figured I can't lose anything by getting one of these.One thing to note is that it's not always straightforward to move the key blade between fobs so once you get it, you'll probably be best to get the blade cut using the original as a template. Cost £10 at the local locksmiths. Awaiting a new battery so I can see if the buttons still work now.If this matches your requirements, worth getting. This was for a Peugeot 5008 2013

Very disappointed! I had to return this key shell as it was unusable. On the positive side it appeared well made, the circuit board and battery holder did swap into the case from my original key case and the remote buttons did work, but... it’s impossible to swap the blank key blade with my car’s blade without really damaging the key case, so the only alternative was to have the blank key blade cut to match my original, but locksmiths refused to cut a key provided by the customer so the Heart Horse key shell is really quite unusable. Don’t waste your money thinking that this key shell will successfully replace your manufacturer’s key shell, because it won’t and you’ll just have to seek a refund as I have had to do. Yes, very disappointed indeed!

Found the blade of the remote unusable due to it's size is bigger in depth

The first one sent was the wrong item, but returned to Amazon and a correct one was received.Once it arrived it was just a matter of moving the chip from the old key case to the new case and moving the key over, that was the fiddly part, but it was done and it works perfectly.Very impressed.

All I can say is it was easy to replace my old remote control. Make sure it's the same control number as there are 2 types. You can find it where the key flips out of.

Esattamente identico al telecomando originale della mia Peugeot, ormai troppo consumato.Ho dovuto lasciare per un paio d'ore in officina la macchina con il nuovo telecomando, le vecchie chiavi e anche le chiavi di scorta perché devono essere "registrate". Il meccanico ha chiesto i codici alla casa madre e ha riprogrammato tutto. Il telecomando funziona perfettamente. Consigliato.

Das Produkt hätte 536 sein sollen. Es kam auch im Beutel von einem 536, aber es war ein 523 darin. Somit unbrauchbar und geht zurück. Das Produkt selbst macht eigentlich einen soliden Eindruck, leider scheint der Verkäufer hier einen gröberen Sortierfehler vorliegen zu haben.
