Akai is good company but if any software error occur then you need to throw TV in garbage. Akai customer care will raise Ticket but service no one will come to your home. You need to take TV and travel 50 kms to their service point and to repaire TV. Company is good but after sale service is worst. Please don't buy, if you belong to town or village.

I bought this TV and had a very bad experience, because It's been three months since I bought this TV and now there are a lot of Problems in this Tv. I encountered a display related problem on this . Since this TV has a one year warranty I have tried many times to claim the warranty and to date no one has come forward for customer service. So DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT..

CHEATS, THIS PRODUCT HAS FAILED TO FUNCTION AND I HAVE REQUESTED FOR WARRANTY SERVICE AND IT HAS NOT BEEN DONE FOR THE PAST TWO MONTHS. KEPT THE TV IDEAL. HOW SENSELESS, I FEEL I LOST THE MONEY. EVEN AMAZON HAS NOT CARED MUCH TOUGH I REGISTERED FOR THE SERVICE. SHAME.
