the lean to steer takes a while to get used to, but definitely worth the buy
my daughter has never ridden a scooter before so she had a bit of a time getting started. she's five so not the most patient age, but she got it. the lean to steer is a good idea but maybe a bit difficult for younger kids to get the hang of at first. the build quality is on point with no obvious defects and the color is fun as are the light up wheels. after a little rough patch my daughter got the hang of it and was off. she loves going fast and cant wait for more nice weather to go ride some more.

Lightweight scooter, kinda cool!
This scooter arrived packaged nicely with no damage. There is no assembly required, all that is needed is to snap the steering mechanism into the base of the scooter. Very easy! The scooter has light up wheels, which my step-daughter loves and a textured deck, which should avoid inadvertent slipping. The scooter is very maneuverable and has adjustable tension on the steering. The materials used in the making of this scooter appear to the be of good quality, particularly the adjustable aluminum pole. Nice scooter.

Broken
This scooters front right wheel snapped off on the first use by my 40 pound child. I do not know if it was previously cracked but it had not been damaged as I know because we opened the box a few days ago and nothing else occurred. Outside the return time frame for Amazon but hoping this gets taken care of because we love these scooters and have several of them for all the kids.

Cute
This toy was a blast for my five-year-old grandson but took some getting used to to maneuver it's the perfect size for him. He just had to get used to how to lean to steer but all in all it was a very fun toy.
