This wrap is really short so if you aren't super lean you should find a different wrap. If you have any booty or a long torso, it will fit too short. It works well for those who are very slim who have a small waist and hips with a short torso.

Perfect bottom coverage for pilates
I’m a Pilates instructor on the mat & reformer. I’m almost 70 years old & wanted a little bottom coverage. I have two of theses and they are perfect! I do use a safety pin once tied to keep it in place
