Easily break.
These rings break by snapping across the grain very easily. Not good enough at this price.

2 rings broken on arrival. I did not return as had ordered extra. Would not carry heavy weights.

I wasn't too impressed with the lightness of them and one was broken where the screw was, so was unusable.
