will this work for the polaris 360?

There are conflicting answers in the Q&A if it works with Polaris 360, but it indeed does not. Connections are too small for 360 feeder hose. I ordered one and confirmed.

Mine has been working fine. You must have a defective valve.

What's the final word on whether or not this part is compatible with the pressure-side Polaris 360, I've seen both yes and no in the anwers?

This will NOT work with the Polaris 360. That system has a hose much wider than the Polaris 180, 280, and 380, and 3900. You need a replacement for the Polaris 360 backup valve. (P/N 9-100-1200.) Beware internet after market products. Many good prices are for the SHELL ONLY, does not contain internal gears!!! Even with the correct part number for a complete valve, they still list it as "shell only". You can also search for a backup valve for the Pentair Legend II. They are interchangeable. I've been professionally servicing pools since 1995, if that makes any difference.
