We enjoy camping and road trips. This grill fits our life rather well. Our backyard is semi-private, the grill gives us the option to grill in the evenings or on weekends. The ability to change out the cooking surfaces and control heat independently are a very nice improvement over our last grill. When we are not home we can safely store the grill inside. Though it can be difficult to load into our car the grill is wonderful for cooking in a park or exterior venue.Our main complaint is the lack of a grease trap or other method of capturing grease. Currently, the majority of grease falls into the cup as planned. However, a goodly amount coats the inside of the grill's body. As the grill spends a good deal of time in the house or car cleaning it is a priority. The compact design which works so well for storage is slightly inconvenient for cleaning. Cleaning under the heating element, gas feeds, and around the grease hole is rather difficult due to the tight spaces.In all honesty I do not think a removable tray would eliminate the problem, it may in fact just add more area to clean.While adding an extra 1/2 - 1" of space under the heating element and gas lines would improve the cleaning experience it would unnecessarily bulk up the product or cut into the wonderful lid space.I would highly recommend this product.

Very nice. to be able to fold up but they cook very bad. The top is very shallow nd burns everything even on low temp settings if you leave the top up while cooking the wind will blow the flame out. Point where it does no good to try to cook. Unless you turn it all the way up and the results in burnt food. I've tried everything to cook something decent on the grill and it's not happening.They made a nice folding grill that folds Great but is useless for cooking.

This grill is definitely awesome. It costs a little more than others, but is well worth it. I have used it to grill a few meals while camping, and it does cook slightly different than my Weber at home, but the food still comes out great. The starter has fired up instantly every time.I took off one star because the left slide out table always seems to pop out and drag on the ground when transporting the grill. Also, it is heavy. Some people may need another person to lift into a vehicle or to carry up stairs.Note: remember to close the latches before folding it or it will open and the grates will fall out/crash around.

this grill does it all, portable, temps get up there, you can grill anything on this badboy. and you have options to change it up.you could even change the grill sections up to cook with pots or make pancakes . You even have options on how to use the propane. You can use the small camping tanks or get yourself the hose to connect to the 25lb lp gas tanks.*** 5year update***February will actually complete 5 years of owning the grill and I’ve always stored it outside exposed to the elements (Miami,Fl). My burners were rusting out to the point that it would no longer hold a good flame. A quick search online and I found the whole burner section for about $33! Replaced it and it’s as good as new!!! 5 years of road trips, BBQs at parks, and camping and this grills still up to the task. Best grill ever!

The wheel axles (cheesy bolts) welds break off inside the tubing making the wheels unable to roll and they flop over with negative camber. I thought it was just mine until I came across another camper using one and I asked what he thought of his grill. He had the same issue with the wheels and paid a welder to fix it for him. We also have the same problem where the temp is high or medium with no variable flame control. Temp gauge is nice but either you cook at 500 or 350 with the lack of lower flame...

Tough call for me. I some ways I love it but it has 2 flaws; 1) it is impossible to clean, when you have burgers, the grease gets into places that is tough to clean; 2) after putting it together and moving it, the 'axel' for the wheels already bent. I was tempted to send it back, but was planning a tailgating party that I really wanted to use it.None-withstanding those issues, it is great, folds up nicely and cooks great! I got the hose adapter and an adapter so I can refill the mini canisters... So I am set. Emotionally, it is a 5 STAROne thing I struggled with before ordering was the size; want it big enough to cook what I want to cook, bit not take up too much space. I could have gone a little smaller - but not sure if the space saved would have gotten me anything. I tailgate at NY Red Bulls games; and we have from 5 - 10 people, it is big enough to cock for that crew.

Problem with gas regulator after only three uses.
