Perfect for filleting fish
Super sharp, thin, flexible, just perfect for filleting fish. Don’t use it for anything else though, like cutting through thicker bones, because you could damage the edge. Recommended to get a leather sharpener for this one to make it razor sharp for filleting. Use another knife for the rest of the work other than filleting.
