Beautiful tool!!
Used to measure engine parts for a rebuild. Accurate and repeatable! Surprised there is no 'on' button. Just move slide and it's ON! Self shutoff! Buy it, you'll like it!

Best value for the money
I have been a machinist for over a decade. Starting out brown and sharp was my go to brand for premium quality mechanical calibers. Problem is one little metal sliver entering the gears can ruin them. Enter digital calipers I have used a few different brands however the mitutoyos are virtually bomb proof. Accurate as hell and if they get dirty you can wash them in the sink! Yeah I'm not kidding the battery on my lasts nearly five years idk what else you could ask for out of a measuring tool. Pretty much industry standard equipment.

Nie wieder die Billigen!
Auch wenn sie identisch aussehen gibt es kleine Unterschiede zu NoName Messschiebern, die am Ende einen großen Unterschied in der Nutzbarkeit ausmachen:- Schaltet sich automatisch bei Nichtbenutzung aus UND sobald man eine Messung beginnt schaltet er sich automatisch wieder EIN, und das ohne dass der Nullpunkt dauernd neu kalibriert werden muss.- der Schieber bleibt bei der eingestellten Gängigkeit. Ich musste die Fixierschraube noch nie nachziehen! Bei diversen billigeren muss ich das dauernd.Zwei kleine Wünsche:- Das Case ist genauso billig in der Anmutung wie bei den NoNames. Könnte wertiger sein.- Beleutetes Display wäre schön ,die anderen Vorzüge sind mir allerdings wichtigerDies ist mein bevorzugter Messschieber, den ich fast täglich beim Entwerfen von 3D Objekten nutze.Kann ich wärmstens empfehlen

One of the best
Been using Mitutoyo brand for decades and when it came time to purchase a new digital caliper, I searched various other options and brands. In the end, I returned to Mitutoyo because it is competitively priced and because I knew the reliability of the brand. It is one of the best out there, the ratings and its popularity prove that.Be aware of the knock offs... there is a reason Mitutoyo has this price. Any Mitutoyo priced significantly less guaranteed its a fake.
