I ordered this pillow following my tummy tuck surgery, as I was required to sleep on my back. After a while, I started developing soreness from the constant pressure on my lower back and tailbone. This pillow provided the perfect balance of softness and support—it’s cushy without being too thick or elevating me too much. It truly made a difference in my recovery and was an absolute lifesaver. I used it for months post-surgery, and it significantly improved my comfort. Even now, I still use it occasionally, and it has held up remarkably well.

I was looking for a seat cushion with a really wide open to reduce pressure points, since developing a sore. Have mobility issues and sit too long working at the computer. I already use a very thick 5-inch resilient cushion for my hips. So this cushion fits on top fo that one and provides some relief to the central areas. It's extremely soft and it is thin. Don't expect a thick cushion. Nevertheless things are improving and I find it very useful for my own needs. If you need a thick memory foam cushion with resilience, this is not the one; but it does function very well as a "topper".

This item created heat where the pillow was, so then my mother had a red irritation and small blisters from heat rash. So did not work. Possibly in another fabric. It worked for the wound. But created other problems.

Most comfortable pillow I’ve tried. It’s the perfect size; soft but strong enough to take the pressure off of your tailbone to promote healing and prevent sores. Having tried no less than five others, this one is a keeper. I can even sleep with it and it’s helped heal a stubborn pressure sore.

The media could not be loaded. So it's ok but it isn't waterproof I put it under his pads so it wouldn't get wet and smell like pee, I put it when he had a sore on his bony butt part and it helped. Needs to be waterproof and then I think it would be good.

Bought this for my MIL and she said it helps a lot.

Very small, not thick or soft enough.

My husband has a mobility problem so was starting to get bedsores from sitting all daymainly.This product has helped solve that in short order as now the sores are almosthealed. He loves the pillow , he says it's very comfortable. So that's all I need.It's a little thicker than other pillows I saw this one is 3.5 inches.. And they put the weight ratingas up to 200 lbs so he's well under at 150. The pillow is holding it's shape and the seams are holding,so I don't know if they've been reinforced since a few of the reviews from last year. But wehaven't had any problems and like the product.
