Is taking long to charge = good
My old battery was shot. This fits good. Samsung note 9 SM-N960U. You have to cut tape to fit width and length don't remove protective cover until you ready to stick one side to battery. Look at old battery tape size. The tape of course is double sided. Spent a lot of time cleaning the old glue off as I bought a new back cover it came with alcohol pads and I used tweezers too. Used the stove burner to heat up back cover and continued reheating till I got it off. Was worried about the wires and they were easy to remove and plug in just take time lining them up. When putting on back cover the fingerprint sensor was not lined up so loosened cover and used the tweezers in closed position to move it slid it in place from side. So you can avoid that problem by positioning before apply pressure. My old battery charged fast and died fast. The old original Samsung battery was 4000 mah and 4.4 volts.

The battery works great
There was no adhesive in the package. so I left the old stuff on and reheated it after i installed the battery and it worked okay. I used the phone for a month now and it is working good. long lasting battery.

It’s good I guess
Good battery, lasts most of the day. Not quite as good as the original, but close! Great value for the price. Comes with a tool kit so that’s a plus i guess.

Not Better Than Your Original Battery
My battery was getting weak, losing charge too fast, getting too warm. I opened the phone to discover that it has swollen. Time for a new one. I purchased this SNSOU battery as a replacement. Despite the directions of charging it up fully then discharging it fully 3 times, and then it will work as full capacity, it never does take on a long lasting charge. It may say 100% battery life, but very quickly (within a couple of hours) it will be down near 15% just like the old battery. I'm suspecting that this is a recycled used battery, as I've seen too many other reviews that were the same.

Parts missing, and no instructions
The package is missing 2 bits that go in the screwdriver. Don't need the screwdriver if I dont have the bits.Further, no instructions whatsoever.Returning it. Wasted time because of poor quality control.Update: never got around to returning it or installing it until this week. Disappointed. My old battery on its last days would last about 3-4 hours then abruptly die. This new battery isn't much better. Fully charged at 5:30am. 34% left at 9:12. It has been on a wireless charger about 20 minutes since 5:30am. It might make it through the day. Definitely not the evening. Very disappointed in its charge.

So Far AMAZING!!
I went on the journey of replacing my back cover and front digitizer since the phone was useless because of all the cracked glass. While doing the work I shorted out the battery I little but it still worked so I took my chances.Well it got hot and started acting crappy as you would expect. I looked for a larger capacity battery and took a change in this bad boy.HOLY COW!!I decided to do what it said about charging and drawing even though I hear a lot about that not being needed. Well. I'm a power user. Contractor. This thing won't seem to die LOLEven if it works for a year I definitely got more than my money's worth. Heck just the tools alone are worth the price. They are very very nice.Sorry for the crappy ICS But I wanted you to see my Repaired and upgraded Note 9 for under 200.00

Lower capacity than advertised
Before I write this review I would like to remind you that's replacing the battery on this Samsung note 9 phone is not a trivial task. If you are not technically inclined and good with disassembling things in general, take your phone to a shop and have then replace the battery because you will likely break the back cover as you remove it or damage the internals of the phone as you try to loosen the glue. This is not meant to discourage you but I just want you to know it's not as easy as swapping the batteries on your tv remote. Now as far as this particular battery is concerned, I purchased it thinking that I can get 5300 milliamp hours out of it. For reference the original battery in the phone is rated at 4,000. It is recommended that these batteries be charged and discharged completely for a few cycles after they are installed. That's what I did and in the process measured the real capacity of this battery in every cycle. The average capacity turned out to be around 2700 which is significantly less than both the advertised number and that of the original battery. As a result I returned this battery. This battery gets a two-star rating because it comes in a nice package with some of the tools that you need to remove the back of the phone to replace the old battery. Another thing is that this battery is not necessarily a bad one, it's just that it's actual capacity is much lower than what is advertised. My guess is that these are from the stock of batteries that had been manufactured years ago when this phone first came out. When a lithium battery is stored for years without regular charging and discharging it naturally loses its capacity. So I give them the benefit of the doubt that maybe this battery had the advertise capacity when it was manufactured but now it has naturally declined. So if 2700 is sufficient for you this may actually be a good battery for you. For me that was too small.

battery deplete 70% after 2 months usage
got it and finally plug it in on a samsung note 8. it charged up but as was with the original battery. it depleted fairly quickly after about 2 months of usage. i even put the phone on optimal batty usage i.e shutting down all background apps and such, but still 70% depletion rate. disappointed. nowhere to complain or return. it's a scam. doesn't matter the price. whoever make and sell it should have some quality to last longer than 60 days in phone battery life.
