UPDATE:THE COMPANY REACHED OUT TO ME. Which is not often the case. They did make the effort to fix the problem but I already bought another Miss Big Bento box. This one has no issues. I think the other one just had a defect in the bottom. Great company. Great product.Mixed review for me. I bought this for my son because it was sturdy and big. He works outdoors so this seemed perfect. It was! But I got it in Jan and it already broke. :( He really liked it so I got another one for him. We will see how this one holds up.
