Needed a pole long enough to clean the solar panels. This pole was long enough and sturdy enough. The Clamps are very easy to use and hold the extension firmly in place. The universal end allowed me to use existing brush tools. This thing is heavy duty, but not too heavy to use.FYI. I initially received the product and it was crimped on one end and unusable. This is a heavy duty pole, and likely happened during shipment. I contacted the seller customer service from inside the package and they immediately sent a new one without Amazon getting involved.

I bought the 30-ft pole. Absolutely no regrets. I've been using it for picking fruits mostly. But will soon used it for painting under the roof eaves. It is so convenient to have the screw on tip to switch attachments.The pole is light in weight and sturdy. Moving a lever to manually adjust the height is appreciated by someone with arthritis in the finger joints. No more hand turning to spin the locking device on some models I've used before.

This product is well made. And used it for multiple projects. I did have an issue with it and contacted customer support. They were very quick to respond, courteous and reconciled the issue quickly. I will not only buy this product again but will let all of my friends who are looking for this item to buy this specific brand.Quality product and exceptional service!!

This light weight product worked great for its intended purpose. It was used for a heavyweight job and pushed beyond its limits. I reached out to Extend-A-Reach and through outstanding customer service, they provided a replacement. Will try to take better care for many years of use.
