This is a great project. Took several hours to complete. The string is good, but other kits have better string. The nails make quite a bit of noise when pounding in. I was in a hospital so it was quite disruptive compared to other kits where the nails were much quieter to hammer in. Overall, great quality, great project!

This was so fun, personally therapeutic. Actually wish it had taken longer as I was so enjoying myself. It turned out exactly like it "should" have and I love how there are some instructions, but the rest is up to you, and your own eye! Try it.

The product is exactly what I hoped for, and I would definitely buy it again. Sometimes, when you risk buying from an unknown seller, you are concerned. I was pleased with the purchase, and the quality was excellent. Don’t miss this one. Super fun for the family.

I was a little disappointed because the coloring of mine was a little different than pictured. I was expecting more contrast between the wood and the string color. It was a little harder to put together than I expected but it was manageable. I had leftover nails and plenty of string. The instructions were easy to follow.

I'm so happy with how this turned out. The template is easy to follow. The stringing is however you wish. Mine turned out wonderful and I'm a novice. I'm doing the butterfly next!! I would have taken a photo but beware: Amazon wants control of your microphone, pictures, etc.

This product is a bit challenging. I recently discovered string art when we went camping so yes, I am a bit of a rookie, however, I figured “hey! You can’t really mess up?!” The wood is solid. I found it hard to hammer down the small nails, definitely in the tight spots. Also trying to get them straight and half down. (I’d definitely do each nail one at a time) I had to do it over 2 days because my fingers started to ache. The directions are easy enough. The cut out definitely didn’t match my nail job. The last string art I did, the string was on a roll making it easier to handle. When it comes how it does - see photo, it got tangled pretty easily. Also, it is a few strings twisted together making it almost impossible for me to knot down at the end of each section. I got creative and used some Modpodge to keep it from fraying and that’s been working out for me!

Well, I usually don't leave reviews but I really loved this art kit. I hung it as soon as I finished it and it looks amazing. No one believes that I made it. I especially like the stained wood board. The wood really stands out and makes the oak tree look more realistic.

This product has kept me busy over the several weeks we have been in self-isolation. I wanted something a little different than a puzzle or paint-by-numbers and I'm so glad I found this string art (and negative space string art too!!) The board is extremely sturdy - I had a little difficulty with some of the tree's curves to hammer in the nails that are a little closer together, but it was exciting to see them all nailed in. Can't wait to finish and hang this piece up.
