The heck with alk that sports liquid that costs one arm and one leg. I use this and add my own nutrients and it tastes great and works well. My logic is that while riding my bike, if it tastes good I will drink more which keeps me hydrated. and nutrient enriched. So thats my plan and it has been working well for years. And I plan on continuing to do so. So dont buy this so I can have ample supply for my own use..

I like the flavor, but I do think it is a bit overpriced.

I rate the grape kool-aid drink mix a 5 out of 5. I love it. Compared to other liquid drink mixes I don't have to add as much to the the right consistency. I reminds me of my childhood....grape was always my favorite. It's convenient and each to carry in my purse. Will definitely purchase again.
