I buy these rather expensive cookies often and have been for years. Recently the tin arrives badly dented eventhough the box is pristine. Of course many of the cookies are crushed. So what's up? You packing broken cookies in a dented tin and shipping them to customers in great looking boxes thinking we won't notice?I noticed! And since I won't be making 5 or 6 Key Lime pies I want a refund!

I buy these all the time, and sometimes as gifts to family or friends. It’s got a strong taste of ginger and they are pretty thin, I eat them with my morning coffee. Be aware they are fairly thin, if you dip them more than once in coffee or milk, they disintegrate pretty quickly, but I kind of like that about these cookies. Overall, it’s a great purchase. I have received a broken package once or twice years back, but since then I have not had any issues, its possible they are doing a little more quality control and that’s why I haven’t received any broken cookies. Overall, it’s a good price for the amount and quality of these cookies.

Tin was heavily damaged box was fully intact. But the tin served its purpose and the goods themselves were undamaged.

These are the best ginger snap cookies! They are thin and crisp and pack the perfect flavor! Definitely recommend buying the tin of cookies because the tin has a holder inside that protects the ginger snaps from crumbling and breaking.

Great cookies alone or with and ice cream dessert.
