Major relief from Gout and Planter Fascitis!
Along with last year's diagnosis of gout Gout in my back and knees, I have suffered with Planter Fascilitis for years. Being isolated during the first year of the Pandemic made it much worse since, at first, all the walking tracks, trails, and swimming pools were closed, and I was not getting the exercise I was accustomed to. In addition to swimming and Colchicine, Allopurinol, occasional Steroid shots, and Prednisone to relieve the pain from Gout, I have been doing much better, but last week, I ordered Copper Fit Compression socks and Copper Fit Night braces for my feet. I have worn them for just a few days, and I can already tell a major difference. My feet are not drawing up at night and I am walking much better. As I continue to improve, the plan is to begin working toward my three mile a day walking routine and then increase from there. I am excited and I want to share these products in case anyone else might benefit from them.

Not so strong material
These socks do what they are supposed to do and are pretty comfortable. They are a bit of a workout yo put on though even following the directions. ( you’ll never make it otherwise.). I wasn’t sure which size to get, so I got from large/ex large up to 4x/5x. Good thing they were pretty cheap because only the largest would fit, and I could have gone even bigger if they’d made it. People who can bend down easily will do better but it was difficult for me and I’m not sure if my wife is strong enough to do it for me. I ended tearing one sock where I was holding up near the top, but not so bad it wouldn’t work. I know to be very careful next time. I have never had any sock tear like that even trying to put on shorter compression socks. It wasn’t like I used that much force. It was just localized where my thumb grasped the material.
