Healthy at half the price of competitors
The ingredients are exactly the same as other branded named products. The packaging is simple I do struggle with the lid some days due to arthritis but the price is so good compared to alternative. I had a years supply for the price of 3 months from our well known chemist brand. These tablet all tend to be big but they are easy to swallow better than the ones you have to chew as they are chalky.z

Get my recommended calcium intake, but not enough vitamin D in these tablets
Two of these a day gives me the recommended calcium intake for bone density as unfortunately we get older.TBH I have never found these to be bad to swallow or a chalky taste as some people have, I just swallow 2 a day and job done.Cheap and effective. Only criticism is that the vitamin D dosage is low to I have take a separate D3 tablet as well. If they had higher vitamin D then they would be perfect

You really do get two
They are calcium pills, they are best if swallowed whole, don't lick or crush them as they do taste like what they are (Chalk) The pills are not coated in anything, which is why they are cheap, nice and easy to swallow shape too, not too big.You really do get 2 pots each with 180 pills. The 2nd picture has an AA battery to give perspective, likewise in the 3rd picture the AA battery gives perspective as to the size of the pills.
