My cat loves this bed!
It's easy to clean - I throw it in the washing machine with the towels and let it Air DryIt's quite soft and the pillow is fluffy.I thought the base would be a stable structure, but the base is a soft cushion material that is flexible.The little bow is flimsy and not as elegant as it was featured; even so, the bed is the more important part and my cat rests in it - which is the purpose of why I got it. It's got a cute and subtle heart shape.The Cat Bed came in a clear plastic bag and was air-tight sealed. Once I opened it and allowed the air to fill up the bed inflated on it's own. I got it so that my cat could have a comfortable and light-weight bed to rest on.

It's not heart shaped but my kitty loves it.
It's still cute! It's just not as advertised. My kitten loves it. I put it in my living room in front of the couch and and he loves taking naps inside of it or even next to it.

Soft, but not very sturdy
I have a cat who LOVES soft beds, particularly so she can make biscuits on them. I bought this so she would stop stealing the dog’s bed, and so far, it’s worked perfectly for me. It does appear easy to wash and is very soft/plush, but I must say it’s not very sturdy. The sides barely have any structure to them, and the bed came in two pieces (the “base” and the inside cushion), and the cushion is very loose inside of the base. While rolling around in it, my cat uprooted the cushion several times. It’s a good size though, and she’s been laying on it for hours now, so the good definitely outweighs the bad.

My cat loves it
This cat bed is actually pretty soft. The sides are not as sturdy as pictured, it is a heart shape but it can look a little wonky. The bow is cheap. But it’s a cheap cat bed at least it’s soft and padded!

Doesn’t hold its shape
It looks like the picture but is a bit flimsy and doesn’t hold the heart shape very well, it seems like a nice fluffy bed, but my cat wants absolutely nothing to do with it, not even walk across it
