Q: I'm paralyzed from the waist down. will i be able to play this game? or should i probably avoid it altogether?

Why would you need legs? It's VR. Most if not all of the games you play seated. I recommend the game. No standing required.

Q: Is this online play only?

Nope... single player adventure

Q: Is this 40$ just for chapter one? Or a season pass code included?

It is for season 1. The reason I got this, is that I thought for the price, I would be getting a longer game than the one I had. Batman is said to be an hour long. But, I did not like the VR. Thus I returned it and Batman. Never tried Loading Human.

Q: Is this like telltale game where only like one out of 5 chapters is on disc, and they just assume a DLC key code will solve all everything?

No. The entire Chapter 1 is on the disc. There is no DLC. Chapter 2 is supposedly in development but nothing has been confirmed.
